These strong and empowered female roles have led him to come up with his line of masterpieces including the following:
- The Hunt – A story on how three valiant women had the courage to challenge their husbands. This story may have the possibility of the immortal question of which is the stronger sex. It is daring in the sense that women at that time are valiant enough to showcase their own strengths which will totally negate the old statement that men are stronger than women.
- Shadow of the Shah – This is the story on how the twin sister of the shah of Iran fought for gender equality and how she dared to step out of the image of her brother and proved to anyone that she does not deserve to be just in the shadow just because she was biologically born as a woman.
- Honeymoon – A story about an angel prostitute
- Hedy – This tells the story of a Jewish actress named Hedy Lamarr who bravely exerted all efforts during the peak of World War II through radio signal technology. She was able to successfully escape out of the hands of his hono9rary Aryan husband who held her captive for all the wrong reasons.
- Sling Shot – a tale about a woman who had successfully turned her lover straight.
- Mini’s First Time – a female coming of age film.
- The Killing Jar – this is about a waitress who takes on efforts to a sweet revenge after years of hardships.
Totally for the woman rights and battle for gender equality, Edward Bass’ projects showcase the importance of recognizing the female force in the modern society. Her latest flick which is his very first directorial debut is the much talked-about film about United States female and real-life version of Hannibal Lecter. It is a real-life story taken from previous accounts, researches and tales about Belle Gunness, a woman who lived in the 1900s who killed forty-nine people, including her husbands, boyfriends, children and other witnesses all for the sake of receiving insurance money for their deaths.
